Warranty & Terms   and conditions

1. The warranty period starts from the date you purchase the product/s as specified in the accompanying original invoice/cash sale.
2. The warranty is only valid if, when required, the original Invoice/ cash sale (Which also serves as warranty card), fiscal receipt or warranty.
3. This warranty is valid if the serial number and/or seal/s has not been defaced, altered or removed from the product.
4. This warranty does not cover:
        

◙ Periodic check-ups, maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear. This includes batteries, power supplies and exterior finishes by an H&C Installations Ltd representative.
◙ Damage caused by lightening, water, fire, acts of God, war, public disturbances, incorrect mains voltage, dropping of unit, improper ventilation, misuse, normal wear and tear, negligence, or any other cause beyond the control of H&C Installations Ltd. (Can we do a remark for surge protector and Over & Under voltage protector are installed).
◙ The body parts of products made of plastic, glass, rubber, liquid crystal display and rust damage are not covered by this guarantee.
◙ Improper installation, operation /maintenance if not installed by H&C Installations Ltd.
◙ Attempted repair by any other that H&C Installations Ltd.
◙ Use of components not approved by H&C Installations Ltd.
◙ Lack of periodic maintenance as instructed by manufacturer and/or H&C Installations Ltd.
◙ Exposure and/or contamination from liquids, abnormal corrosive conditions, excessive temperature or foreign objects.
◙ Cost relating to transport removal or installation of the product.
◙ Any damage caused by third parties while product is being installed.
◙ Damages to parts of the goods that are subject to normal wear and tear and part replacement requirements.
◙ Hard disk, batteries, change in settings / codes, mobile app issues.

5. The terms of any manufacture’s guarantee and after sales service will be included within the documents accompanying the goods or online from the respective manufacturer’s website including other relevant policies.
6. All products have to be inspected within a stipulated timeframe by our servicing personnel before repair or replacement is affected.
7. H&C Installations Ltd may repair or replace products and parts under the warranty with comparable products and parts that comply with local standards and with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
8. We are always prepared to offer advice regarding proper installation, compatibility, configuration, required maintenance and product updates.
9. We know the general purpose for which you require our goods and we will take reasonable care when giving you any advice.
10. Without knowing the particular application for which you require our goods and the exact specification and configuration of any existing system into which you intend to install our products, we cannot and do not warrant the suitability of any of our goods for your particular purpose.
11. The manufacturer’s warranty only covers hardware component failures in the product. H&C Installations Ltd assumes no responsibility for any software subsequently install/breakdown/damage.
12. Any software supplied with the product, including the operating system, is provided ‘’as is’’. H&C Installations Ltd does not warrant that the operation of any software supplied with your product will be uninterrupted and error-free, or that such software will meet your requirements.
13. It is your responsibility to perform any backup of content of your hard drive. H&C Installations Ltd is not responsible for any data loss due to unsuccessful back up. It is likely that the contents of your hard drive will be lost or reformatted in the course of repair and H&C Installations Ltd will not be responsible for any damage or loss of any programs, data, footage or other information stored on any device/product serviced or damage or loss arising from the product not being available for use before or during or after the period of service provided or any consequential damage resulting there from.
14. Your product will be returned to you configured as originally purchased.
15. Please make sure you have removed all third-party hardware, software, features, parts, options, alterations and attachments not warranted by H&C Installations Ltd. H&C Installations Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage to these items.
16. H&C Installations Ltd will not be responsible or guarantee compatibility with other parts or peripherals.
17. For warranty claims, products must be presented for inspection accompanied by the proof of the original Invoice/ cash sale and fiscal receipt. H&C Installations Ltd reserves the right to check validity of your warranty claim and communicates entitlements for service accordingly.
18. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not give right to new starting of the warranty. However, you are entitled to a warranty extension equal to the period product is in workshop for service.
19. Certain servicing procedures are required to be sent abroad to be repaired, This process might last from four (4) to eight (8) weeks minimum.
20. Any replacement product may be eighter new or like new, provided that it has functionality at least equal to the product being replaced.
21. H&C Installations Ltd will claim all ownership of defective components. H&C Installations Ltd may use various vendors components for the repair of the product as required.
22. Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Unsealed or Unpacked products are not returnable or refundable.
23. All goods remain property of H&C Installations Ltd until paid in full.
24.The client agrees and accepts that the deposit being paid hereon is non refundable and to be forfeit in favor of H\7C Installations Ltd in the event that the order i cancelled by the client for any reason whatsoever.
25. Discount will vary if cancellations on this order are effected.
26. Should the client request that the delivery of goods on order to be effected after 3 months from date of order, H&C Installations Ltd shall not be liable for any changes in the model or price.
27. In case of default in payment, H&C Installations Ltd reserves the right to claim the full consumer price.
28. Interest as allowed by the law will be charged on overdue accounts.
29. Any claims for damages are to be reported to H&C Installations Ltd by not later than 24hours from delivery / installation.
30. The company does not guarantee that the product to fit for any particular purpose. To the extent of local law, in no event shall H&C Installations Ltd be liable for impossibility to use the product, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage to any person or property. The entire compensation responsibility assumes by the company for the product shall not exceed the price paid to purchase the product in terms of each event or related incidents.
31. Important safety instruction: All safety and operating instructions supplied with a product should be carefully read and followed.

◙ Placement – Always place equipment on a stable surface with adequate ventilation. Equipment may fall causing injuring to a person and serious damage to the product.
◙ Power sources – All products are designed only for a grounded 220v to 240velectrical outlet. Any use outside of this range shall be at your own risk. Make sure to use the appropriate supply bundled with the product. Do not operate a product with a different power supply.
◙ Servicing – opening a product or removing covers may expose you to dangerous hazards. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
◙ Cleaning and moving – Always unplug all power supply adapter from all outlets before cleaning. Use only dry cloth for cleaning.

32. CCTV systems which operate on OFF Grid Systems (with batteries) and have underpower issues enough to operate over 12v are not covered with warranty if issue is found to be related to power.
33. All Quotations submitted are valid for 90 days unless specified.
34. H&C Installations Ltd is not liable for products / equipment price changes for projects which have not yet started after 5 months from date of confirmation (By writing) unless deposit is paid.
35. Maintenance agreements / Preventive maintenance are not included in the final quotation unless otherwise stated. Rates for maintenance agreements to be provided upon request.

36. Delivery Terms:
              2 weeks to issue drawings from receipt of Deposit

               12 to 14 weeks to deliver and complete installation

              Delivery times may vary depending on any shutdowns from respective suppliers especially in summer and festive season.

               Quotation will include all the jobs that need to be done. Any changes to work not mentioned in the quote will be charged at 40 Euro exc vat per hour. (Example removal of previous doors if not specified in quotation will incur a charge of 50 Euro per door).

               If any disposal of old material is required, this need to be quoted seperately unless specified.

                Extra man hours to be charged separate

               If any filter, scissors lift, Road closing permits and other permits are to be provided by the client unless specified in the quote.

                Jobs may be refused to be completed id any of H&C Installation Ltd deem as working site not safe. H&C Installations Ltd is not liable unless the site is made safe by the client /responsible person. H&C Installations Ltd employee have the right to refuse to do the job.
